Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation policy applies:
a. Cancellation 3 or more days prior to scheduled private Experience: Full refund
b. Cancellation 48 hours prior to scheduled private Experience or No Show: No refund
For full-refunds made by customers, we need to deduct a 3% transaction fee if you make payment via credit card or paypal when booking.
For refunds processed by wire transfer, any associated wire transfer fee will be deducted from the overall refund amount.
How to Cancel/refund a Booking
All cancellations must be initiated by contacting Athens Cabs support in the following email: info@athenscabs.com.au
Include in your email the booking confirmation message or the necessary information such as: Order number, Order date, Billing address, etc.
We will process your Cancellation/Refund request within one to seven business days.
We will NOT acknowledge any verbal / over-the-phone request or voice mail.
